CWPA Governance
A seven-member Board of Directors
enforces the policies and bylaws established by the
membership.
• Elected by the membership for two-year terms with
no limit
• One individual must be an athletic administrator
• One individual must be from the community at large
CWPA Membership determines all policies through a legislative
process.
• One vote per institution by mail ballot or in
person
• Two institutions must sponsor new legislation
• Annual meeting held each June
