      <description>It was a day of firsts in the pool for the Harvard men's water polo team at the MIT Invitational, as the Crimson earned its first win of 2010, 12-8, over Cal Lutheran, and new head coach Ted Minnis earned his first collegiate coaching victory. The win improves Harvard to 1-1 on the year. Harvard led for most of the game, leading 4-3 after the first period and 10-7 at halftime.</description>

      <title>Midshipmen Finish Off Navy Open with 8-0 Mark</title>

      <description>The 14th-ranked Navy water polo team had another successful day at the Navy Labor Day Open, winning three more games by a combined margin of 44-15. The three wins gave Navy a perfect 8-0 weekend in its first action of the season. On the final day of competition, the Midshipmen downed Diablo Valley College before knocking off Mercyhurst College twice.</description>
