      <description>On Tuesday, April 13, the Division I Legislative Council addressed several pieces of legislation remaining in the 2009-10 cycle of business. Among the business, the Council adopted Proposal No. 2009-42 after reconsideration. The proposal prohibits institutions&#xD;
from distributing printed media guides to recruits. They announced that media guides can continue to be printed but not distributed in print form to recruits. Effective date takes place in four months - on August 1, 2010.</description>
