University of Michigan's Katie Hazelrigg Named February 14 Big Ten Division Player of the Week
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Katie Hazelrigg (So., Rolling Hills, Calif./Chadwick) buried 10 goals in a 4-0 weekend for the University of Michigan to earn the February 14 Big Ten Division Player of the Week award.
She scored in three of her team's four games last week notching a pair of goals versus Indiana University (13-2 W) along with four markers versus both Purdue University (10-3 W) and the University of Wisconsin (11-8 W). Hazelrigg was held without a goal against the University of Illinois (4-3 W) as the Wolverines remain in first place in the Big Ten Division standings.
