Parking Information for 2011 National Collegiate Club Championship at the University of Notre Dame

University of Notre Dame Campus & Parking Map (PDF)

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Heading to the 2011 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) National Collegiate Club Championship at the University of Notre Dame's Rolfs Aquatic Center near the Joyce Center and do not want a parking ticket?  Read up on parking information.

SPECTATOR PARKING:
(Per Notre Dame Vice President and Women's Water Polo Coach Brian Coughlin)

"The first parking lot available for you to park in will be on your right (C2/B2).  If you continue on Leahy you will get to the intersection of Leahy and Courtney Lane.  That is the area where the pool entrance is located (it is tucked away in the corner where the Joyce Center joins the Rolf’s Aquatic Center).  The other parking area you may use is straight on Leahy past the pool south of the building (C1/Special Event).  My recommendation would be to use the 1st  parking lot which is across the street from our library, this is the lot marked C2/B2 on the parking map linked from the CWPA under parking (link at top of page).  Both the visitor lot C1 and the Library Lot B2 will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday."

DIRECTIONS:
(Per Notre Dame Vice President and Women's Water Polo Coach Brian Coughlin)

"For those who have not been to our campus before we will assume you will be arriving via the Indiana Toll Road (I-80/I-90).  We are off of exit 77.  The Tournament hotels (which can also be found on the CWPA page linked above), the Jameson Inn and the Microtel are both less than a mile up the road off the exit to the left (North).  To get to the pool and parking lots take a right at the end of the off ramp onto US 933.  You will come upon a traffic light very quickly.  At this light (Douglas Rd.) you will take a left.  Campus will be on your right.  Continue along Douglas for about a half a mile.  You will pass straight through a traffic light, then IM fields will be on your right.  Directly after the IM fields you will come upon Wilson (Leahy) Drive.  Take a right on Wilson (Leahy).  Take Wilson until it bends to the left onto Bulla then take an immediate right back onto Leahy.

DINING OPTIONS:

Legends of Notre Dame, a full service casual dining restaurant located right on campus, 100 yards south of Notre Dame Stadium, is Notre Dame's “official restaurant” of the National Collegiate Club Championship.  They have been very good to the Irish in terms of assisting with hospitality for tournament officials and administration.  They have also agreed to offer a 10% discount to anyone with a deck pass or ticket all weekend long.  We would appreciate it if you considered them when making restaurant decisions throughout the weekend.
