WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The George Washington University women's water polo team will collect non-perishable food items for the Ronald McDonald House of Northeast DC when it celebrates Senior Day at its home finale against No. 13 Indiana University at Charles E. Smith Center Pool on Sunday, April 17 at 1:30 pm.
The program is looking for non-perishable food items such as soup, pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter, jelly, cereal, tuna, snack foods and more. The team will also collect check donations made out to The Ronald McDonald House Charities. Spectators can drop food or check donations off outside the entrance of the pool deck.
The Colonials will recognize seniors Charlotte Schou, Erin Delker and Melissa Sesana prior to their final home game.
