CWPA to Host Referee Forum & Administrative Meeting on June 18-20 at Villanova University
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) will host its annual Officiating Forum this weekend at Villanova University on June 18-19. Among a select group of educational officiating opportunities provided in collegiate water polo, the forum will feature presentations from NCAA Coordinator of Officials Dr. Bob Corb, along with discussion among the league's officiating crew.
In addition, the league will host a women's varsity Division I/II Administrative Meeting with the member institutions' coaches and athletic administrators on Monday, June 20 beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the Devon Room of Villanova University's Connelly Center.
June 18-19 - CWPA Referee Forum
The Annual CWPA Officiating Forum will occur on Saturday-Sunday, June 18-19 on the third floor/Room 3010 of the Bartley Center at Villanova University (800 E. Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, Pa. 19085). Attending officials are asked to review the campus map (PDF) and park in the main lot parking area specified on the map. Look for the football stadium on the other side of Route 30/Lincoln Highway, cross the highway and walk up the road that separates the academic campus from the Davis Center (Villanova's athletic complex, Building 28). Bartley Hall is the first building on your left. Enter Bartley Hall and walk through the lobby (you will see a coffee shop on your right). Once through the lobby, walk up three flights of stairs. On the third floor, make a left turn and walk through the glass doors. Room 3010 should be directly in front of you.
Officials who do not have the parking permit emailed out earlier this week should acquire a pass in Room 3001 of Bartley Hall (third floor) prior to 8:30 a.m. on Saturday in order to place the pass on the dashboard of their vehicle and return in time for the first session at 8:45 a.m.
Lunch will be ordered and served on both Saturday and Sunday.

June 20 - Women's Varsity Division I/II Administrative Meeting
Coaches and athletic administrators attending the 10:30 a.m. Women's Varsity Division I/II Administrative Meeting on Monday, June 20 in the Devon Room of the Connelly Center on the campus of Villanova University (800 E. Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, Pa. 19085) should review the campus map (PDF). Lunch will be served at approximately noon.
Attending dignitaries are asked to park in the Main Lot on the other side of Route 30/Lincoln Highway and walk over to the Connelly Center (Building 20 on the campus map). The Devon Room is located on the second floor of the building.
Parking passes for the attending ADs and coaches were emailed out earlier this week. If a pass is needed, please contact the league office by email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and a Villanova parking pass will be promptly emailed prior to Monday morning.
