Princeton University's Kate Rigler Named ACWPC All-America Honorable Mention

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Rising sophomore Katie Rigler (Fullerton, Calif./Rosary) of the Princeton women's water polo team was named to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches 2011 Women's All-America Team as an honorable mention selection.

Rigler completed her rookie season with a team-high 56 goals and 46 drawn ejections. She also contributed 14 assists and made 27 steals. Her 56 goals was the 11th highest single season total in Princeton women's water polo history and was the third highest goal total for a freshman. Rigler was also a first-team All-Southern and second-team All-Eastern Tournament selection.
