BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Indiana University sophomore Shae Fournier (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada/Grant Park) continues to make history as she picked up her 11th weekly honor from the league in being named the January 23 Women's Varsity Western Division Player of the Week for her performance at the University of Michigan Kickoff Tournament over the weekend.

Against Michigan in a rematch of the 2011 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Eastern Championship, she found the back of the cage twice, collected four steals, blocked four shots and drew an ejection as the Hoosiers took down their long-time rival in the season-opener.

She tacked on pairs of goals and steals with five field blocks against the UCLA Bruins before wrapping up the weekend with four goals, two steals, six field blocks and two earned exclusions versus the Rams of Colorado State.

Her four goals CSU ties a career high and marked the fifth time she netted a quartet of markers.
