Five Good Meters (Episode 12)

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Ryanne O'Donnell and Hathaway Moore of the No. 13-ranked University of Michigan women's water polo team discuss the team's progress and outlook entering the final regular season league weekend of 2012 on Episode 12 of Michigan's Five Good Meters podcast.

Michigan (16-10, 4-1 CWPA) will travel to the University of Maryland Eppley Recreation Center in College Park, Md., to play George Washington University on Friday (April 6) at 6 p.m. before closing out the regular season on Saturday (April 7) against Bucknell University at 9:30 a.m. and No. 11 Maryland at 1 p.m.

The match-up against Maryland will be the Wolverines' final CWPA game and will be one of the deciding factors in a three-way bout for the top seed of the Western Divisional Championship, which starts April 14.

Michigan has won nine of its last 10 games. However, the Wolverines nine-game win streak came to an end last Saturday (March 31) after suffering their first conference loss of the season, against No. 12Indiana University at home, 8-7.
