BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- The seeds for the 2012 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Southern Division Championship at Bucknell University on April 14-15 in Lewisburg, Pa. are now set.

The six-team championship will begin on Saturday, April 14 as No. 1 seed/No. 14 nationally-ranked Princeton University takes on No. 5 seed George Washington University at 10:00 a.m. in bracket play.  Following a game between No. 2 seed Harvard University and No. 6 seed Mercyhurst University at 11:30 a.m., host/No. 4 seed Bucknelln will meet GW at 3:00 p.m.  Action resumes at 4:30 p.m. with a game between No. 3 seed Brown University and Princeton at 4:30 p.m. before the Bison and Tigers clash at 7:00 p.m.  Day One action finishes at 8:30 p.m. when the Crimson and Bears clash to set the field for placement games.

On Sunday, Third Place in Bracket A will face Third Place in Bracket B for fifth place (9:00 a.m.), Second in Bracket B takes on Second in Bracket A for third place and First in Bracket A clashes with First in Bracket B for the division title.

The Southern Division Champion is guaranteed no lower than the No. 2 seed for the CWPA Eastern Championship on April 27-29 at Brown University in Providence, R.I., while the remainder of the field featuring all the teams from the Western and Southern Divisions will be established via a seeding commitee comprised of the league's head coaches.
