No. 13 Princeton University Gets By George Washington University 14-8 in Southern Division Action

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- No. 13-ranked Princeton University picked up its second win of the day when it bested George Washington University 14-8 in Southern Division-East Region action.

The Tigers took a 2-1 lead after a quarter and continued to build on that lead throughout the game, stretching the margin to two goals at the half and four after three quarters. Drew Hoffenberg finished the game with a team-high three goals, two coming with the man advantage, and he drew two ejections.

Connor Still, A.J. Galainena, Kurt Buchbinder and Kayj Shannon each scored two goals in the win. Tyler Amina made two saves in each quarter to finish the game with eight stops. Princeton scored on seven of nine man-up chances in the win, while the Colonials converted on three of five chances.
