She opened the weekend on the West Coast by making six saves with a pair of steals in a 17-4 defeat of No. 23 Marist College prior to turning aside 10 scoring tries in a 7-2 victory over No. 9 University of California-Santa Barbara.
Facing No. 2/defending National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Champion the University of Southern California in the tournament's semifinals, Ritner allowed the Trojans a season-low nine goals and stopped 10 shots in a 9-5 loss.
